A beautiful minimalistic residence located in the Barisal Division
The single-family home was designed for our client, Tawhidul Islam Noman, who desired a sleek and modern home that exuded simplicity and elegance.
The residence includes three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms feature large windows that offer stunning views of the surrounding landscape, and the bathrooms are designed with modern fixtures and finishes that complement the overall aesthetic of the home.
One of the notable features of the residence is its attention to detail and functionality for elderly occupants. The home includes wider doorways, non-slip flooring, and grab bars in the bathrooms, all designed to ensure that Mr. Noman’s aging parents can move around the home safely and comfortably.
The Outcome
The residence features clean lines and a neutral color palette, with white stucco walls and a large swing door made of light coloured wood that adds warmth and contrast to the white exterior. Upon entering the home, visitors are greeted with a double height living space that creates a lavish feeling. One of the standout features of the living space is the see-through staircase that leads to the upper level, adding an element of visual interest and architectural flair to the home.
